I am an artist. That probably explains a lot about me. Like those weird oddball quirks that don’t even make sense.:) Being an artist not only means I have a whacked out personality, it also means I paint and draw.:) I just my bachelors degree this december with a double major in painting and illustration. So… I’ve worked at the Harrison Retirement Community so long that I’m figuring I should probably just settle down there.:) Those of you that work with me may refrain from making fun of me for the fact that I have maintained an extensive and illustrious career at this lovely establishment.:) umm… I like to be funny. Yeah, I know you guys are reading this and are like, “what? She thinks she’s funny?” what can I say. I try.:) a good sense of humor is priceless. My family is like one giant ball of fun-ness (and yes, I do mean giant… there are several of us). I love them all very much. I am madly in love with luke, my boyfriend. He makes me so happy and life so great. He is my wonderful other half. Jesus is my Lord and Savior and I am in involved in an awesome little church. Music is life. Ok, maybe not life, but it’s a big part of mine. I can’t help myself, I just love the stuff.:) I enjoy reading and writing and painting and poetry and pretty much just using my creative outlets. I like words. I try to be philosophical sometimes. I like to analyze things. I’m a thinker… whatever that means. I tend to be a bit cynical, but I really do love life... And that’s all she wrote. ~~~addendum:)~~~ a few months ago my sister and brother-in-law adopted two little boys, calvin and patrick. they are pretty much the cutest thing ever.:) i love my nephews and try to spend lots of time with them. also, luke and i were recently engaged and are planning to be married in march. i'm so excited to be spending my life with him!... we are married!:) ~~~“dwell in possibility”~~~ emily dickinson
