Shannon Kropf is a worship leader based in Memphis, TN. With a heart after God, Shannon incorporates a variety of musical styles and joyful spontenaity into heartfelt worship of the Father.
A 19-year veteran of professional music and performance, Shannon joined the VISIBLE SCHOOL - Music and Worship Arts College faculty in 2002 as the head of the Worship Leadership division. With extensive experience as both a worship leader and a touring artist, Shannon brings knowledge and insight into the music industry. Her intelligence, insight, and highly varied professional music background have equipped her to train young adults in a way that is both vocationally relevant and spiritually rich.

Influences: I love groove, spontaneity, rock, passion, and excitement. Some of the folks who have helped develop this in me are Charlie Hall - amazing songwriter whose authenticity is self-evident. John Mayer - I love your groove and lines like "until there's fog inside the glass around your summer heart" slay me. Andy Hunter - you made me realize I'm not crazy, there IS room for passion and dancing. India Arie for "Strength, Courage and Wisdom." Rick Miller for helping me know who I am. Autumn Fox for helping me realize music that I really loved. Jim Snyder for first telling me that I'm a "David." Mike Rimmer for kicking my arse not once but twice, and for being a cheerleader-in-absentia. Marta Richardson for helping me find my heart. Gate City Vineyard for loving me back into music and God's plan. Bern for knowing me and letting me be myself. And Dave, you make me believe.
