Capitalist Death Machine is a four-piece Thrash Metal band based out of Hamilton, New Jersey. The history of the band starts a few years back under the name Blood Cult. After revamping the lineup and solidifying the sound, the name was changed and now the loyal fan-base is known as THE Blood Cult. Since the united forces of C.D.M. have compiled in January, the band has had the great opportunity to perform with the likes of Belladonna (featuring Joey Belladonna and Jack Frost), Hookers ‘N Blow (all-star 80’s Hard Rock lineup with Dizzy Reed), Antiproduct (of the UK), as well as good friends Trasher and Swashbuckle, just to name a few. The first release, the “Lambs To The Slaughter†E.P., has sold over 100 copies in less than two weeks from its 3/6/08 release date. Having great success with the first E.P. and already having more than enough new material for a full-length, C.D.M. is currently in the studio completing their second E.P., which is slated for release at the end of May/early June – approximately three months from when their first E.P. was released!!
