Born and raised on the precious island of “The Dominican Republic” in the middle of the Caribbean, and coming from a third generation motorcyclist family. We have been in love with motorcycle and old cars all our lives. Our father introduced us to motorcycles, taking us on road trips with “Los Obsoletos” here on the island and to bike events in different countries.
When we were growing up, we started to learn the basics of motorcycle riding and mechanics, and we started to get involved in our father’s car restoration projects, buying old junks and making them look neat. All of this taught us more things than any college degree on mechanics ever could.
On a trip to the 1994 Daytona Bike Week, we were introduced to the world of custom motorcycles. This trip started our paths to what would become a lifestyle. After that trip everything started to change; our bikes went from BMWs to Harleys; stock parts started to fill up our closets instead of being on the bikes; fenders started to get different shapes. Our oldest brother started to mess around with airbrushing, trying to do those same crazy drawing on the bikes that we saw on that trip. By the next year, our bikes started to look different and unique; the word started to spread and soon, our friend’s fenders and tanks started to fill our home garage, some to be modified and some just to be painted.
By 2000, after a lot of cars and bikes modifications and a few Daytona Bike Week and other event trips later, we jumped to the next level: building a bike from scratch--a whole new and complete project. This bike was a big challenge for us, but it was just was the first complete bike we built, and there would be lot more bikes and challenges to come.
