About Me

Time for some new words on this page. Hopefully we’ll all be living great in 2008! It’s my least favorite time of year, tax preparation. We’ll see how well I’ve done with the QuickBooks. Maybe it won’t be too bad. Won’t be long now until that planter rolls into the field. Should be an interesting year with all this grain. I’m going to be a little negative but I don’t believe we will see the crop we want to see this year, but maybe it will be better. I think it will be a year full of eventful things. Lillian will be driving in less than 4 months, Mary will graduate so that means a trip west, and I just might buy a house(yea right). I've made some resolutions and I really want to keep them. It’s a little slow now so all of you need to stop in for a visit. Sardis Springs is a lovely place! This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

I love the river and hope I'll live there one day. Love to spend time with my friends even if we aren't doing anything. Family is important and I've got some great cousins.

Prayer increases our ability to accept the present moment. You cannot live in the future, you cannot live in the past, you can only live in the now. The present moment is already exactly as it out to be, even if we do not understand why it is as it is. Matthew Kelly/////////It is possible to begin again. It is hard and we never do it perfectly, but it can be done...I must begin again on joy and happiness, on forgiveness and peace, on gratitude and patience. Andrew Greeley
