We are looking for people who want to get involved and bring their expertise to help strengthen CATF outreach.


TALK WITH YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT HIV AND HIV TESTING – EARN FREE STUFF!
Sign you and a group of your friends, or your GLBT organizations, for the T.E.S.T. Project (Teaching Effective Strategies for Testing). The free training is open to any GLBT individuals and allies interested in learning how to communicate with friends about getting tested for HIV and what HIV testing services are available in Columbus.

CATF is offering the T.E.S.T. Project training through 2009 to any interested GLBT groups/organizations or members of the GLBT community. The training is comprised of two 60 minute sessions, can be presented at any group/organization’s normal meeting space, and requires no minimum or maximum number of participants. Incentives, donated from local businesses, will be offered for those individuals who fully complete the training. GET FREE RAPID HIV TESTING AT CATF
Free HIV Testing (without needles or blood) is available in under 30 minutes at the CATF office during the following walk-in hours:
TUESDAYS: 3:30PM - 7:30PM
WEDNESDAYS: 11AM - 2PM
THURSDAYS: 10AM – 6PM (by app’t only – please call 614-340-6737)

Community Outreach HIV Testing also available at:
Club Columbus (795 W. 5th Ave): Quarterly, call or email for dates.(hours vary)
Stonewall Center on High (High @ 4th Ave): Quarterly, call or email for dates(hours vary)

ANTI-METH CAMPAIGN

FREE CONDOMS AND LUBE AVAILABLE AT EVERY GAY BAR
Look for our condom boxes at your favorite gay bar for free condoms/lube. There’s no excuse for not having protection!

From passing out condoms at bars/clubs, to helping out at special events, the MSM/GLBT Outreach Program relies on the help and support of our volunteers. If you want to become a part of the team and help in our fight against HIV/AIDS, please contact us. We also want to hear from the community about your ideas, thoughts, and concerns regarding HIV in the many Columbus GLBT communities.
