Going out, listening to music, watching films. I like meeting new people and generally just having fun and drinking beer.
People who are up for a laugh and going out having fun. Someone who I can talk with for hours at stupid o clock at night. I'm generally good at getting on with people, so anyone who wants to message me or talk to me should feel free to do it.
This is kind of hard to answer, since i like most music. Love rock and punk-Chillies, Muse, Green Day, Strung Out, Rage, Something Corporate, Goo Goo Dolls. Also like more chilled out stuff- Jack Johnson, Mason Jennings, Ben Harper. Over the last few years, had some really good nights at Drum and Bass gigs, though would have listened to it less if there a was good rock night closer to uni than Birmingham (and can't find a great one there). DnB-wise, like Andy C, Hype, Zinc, the usuals. In my final year at uni I became Vice President of GForce, Warwick's DnB society, and invested in some decks and vinyl, with the result that I now never have any money, but ah well, the mixing's coming along Generally not into the classical/opera kind of stuff since it's a bit too relaxing, though good when working. Hip-Hop I can stand, but i'll never go out of my way to listen to it, and that includes pressing play. Don't like RnB, it just bores me, and cheese has too many memories of bad drunken nights out for me to actually just sit and listen to. Pendulum! .. ..Acoustic Jungle- Newton Faulkner I Need Something
Will give most films a try. Favourite actors & actresses-Johnny Depp (of course), Brad Pitt, Edward Norton (which makes Fight Club superb!), Katharine Isabelle(Ginger Snaps), Natalie Portman, Milla Jovovich and of course, Shaun the Sheep :) Like quite deep films-American Psycho, American History X, City Of God, Run Lola Run, Requiem for a Dream, but sometimes u just have to go for meaningless trashy films-How High, Spinal Tap, Team America, and the greatest Kung Fu film ever made-Iron Monkey!!
Don't watch much TV when at uni, generally re-watching South Park, Family Guy, Futurama and INVADER ZIM! I watch sport, and have a weekly Shameless session, but that's about it. At home, watch more, generally comedy, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Little Britain... I can't stand soaps, and think that the best storyline for Eastenders would be an unstoppable alien invasion. Or a nuclear explosion.
Will read pretty much everything. Love silly books-Terry Pratchett, Robert Rankin, Tom Holt. Thrillers-Matthew Reilly, Dan Brown (Though i thought the Da-Vinci code was too predictable). Horror-Stephen King, Anne Rice. Also like sci fi, crime, and pretty much everything. If a film based on a book is good then i'll usually find the book, and I recommend to everyone that they read Fear And Loathing in Las Vegas-Hunter S. Thompson (RIP) and Requiem for a Dream-Hubert Selby Jr. Both are brilliant films, but the books are just superb.
