Does my schedule, my time, my life look like that of a person who wants to hear God's voice?-Rob Bell. I have to answer no to that question but I am learning to make sure that I am giving myself the opportunity to hear God's voice. That's who I am and what I am all about. I am learning to put God first and all other things behind it but it's a struggle. I get distracted with sports and friends and all the other noise that this world offers me, but every once in a while I get it right and am able to put God where He is supposed to be. I love kids, whether it be 2nd and 3rd graders or high schoolers, I feel that God has given me a love for kids and I am using that for Him. I am interning at Sun Grove Community Church in Elk Grove, CA with the Senior High and absolutely love it. I have connected with so many of the kids and look forward to connecting with the ones I haven't gotten to know to well yet. I will be a junior at Hope International University in the fall which is exciting and a shock all at the same time. I have a passion for sports. I think they have helped me get to where I am at right now and I thank God for that. So as a result I follow most sports but am a huge Angels and Ducks fan. I have also been brought up loving USC so that passion exists as well. I am learning and growing from all the mistakes I have made and trying to get to where God wants me to be. It's a never ending fight, but in the end, I just want to do the best I can.
