Neno is a British born and bred rapper coming straight out of east London where many fine artist have come from. Born in October 1985,the only son in the family Neno's father encouraged him into the classical raag music where at the age of 10 he was learning how to play the Tabla and harmonium, (classical drum and instrument) but Neno was not comfortable with learning classical music. At the age of 12 Neno found an interest in Bhangra music, he then was learning how to play a drum called the Dhol he played until he reached 17 and went to various different schools including the Dhol academy which is a well known institute for Dholis. During the time he played the dhol Neno listened to garage hip -hop and rnb on the radio he soon become an avid listener and listened to the many favourite hip hop artists such as Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur, Nas, Mobb Deep and Style P. Neno always had a passion for music, he wanted to explore the depths of music within himself. It had then become coherent what he wanted to do, so he set out on a journey that would change his life forever. Although Neno was brought up in a rough area of Hackney, his mind was focused on music, he started writing lyrics and soon became fond of it he expressed himself through writing lyrics and very soon after that he started to rhyme, having been inspired by such great artist Nenos biggest inspiration will always be his mother and family. Neno wrote his first song called Struggle in which the music he wrote to is his favourite artist Styles P, Neno then collaborated with fellow friends who have been in the business for quite a long time. Soon enough Neno just felt he had to do something with his work. With almost no resources Neno started working on his very own project where he contacted music associates family and friends to help with recordings, productions, mixing and much more, Neno has created something that lets you have an insight of the life he lives in the form of Me Life & God Mixtape vol 1.
