The Drummer, Emanuela Borzi:
MANU is a renowned musician, artist, and producer. Born in Rome, Italy, she was drawn to music at the age of 5. In 1989 Emanuela embarked on her first tour as a drummer. She then met Domenico Modugno, AKA “Mr. Volare”, and had the privilege of performing with him before his death. Emanuela subsequently took part in live tours with such artists as Mietta & Nek. She further enhanced her musical career playing live in various TV programs and was also chosen to join Riccardo Cocciante’s European tour, where they performed in such theatres as the Olimpia & The Zenith in Paris. Her recording credits of this time include songs by such artists as Mina, Patty Bravo, Riccardo Cocciante and Tosca. She then signed a recording contract with BMG / Ricordi and participated in “Sanremo”, one of the world’s most prestigious annual music festivals, televised to a worldwide audience of millions. Emanuela then worked in the U.S. with Jack Daley, Lenny Kravitz’ bass player, and at the fabled recording studio Hit Factory in N.Y., as well as Southerntracks Studio in Atlanta. In Italy she joined one of the most famous artists, Zucchero “Sugar”Fornaciari’, on his promotional tour for the album “Blue Sugar”. As a result, for 2 years she was featured in TV telecasts and live concerts throughout Europe, and in the video “You make me feel loved”. In 2003 Emanuela played with Craig David as he performed the songs “What’s your Flavor” and “Hidden Agenda”, on TV Rai Uno, Italy’s most popular TV station. She also played with Shaggy on his performance of “Strength of a Woman” at the annual televised Sanremo Festival. Currently Emanuela has decided to pursue one of her long time passions, where she has embarked on the project, “Double Deuce”. .

The DJ Samantha Garofano :
SAMANTHA is an emerging Dj who has been busy working the European club scene sweeping through some of the hottest venues in Italy with her unique electronic sound. Born in Torino, Italy music has been the one constant that has surrounded Samantha her entire life. At the young of 16 Samantha exploded into the entertainment industry by freelancing as a model and actress for some of the most distinguished agencies throughout Italy. In 2001, still trying to fuel her passion for music Samantha collaborates with Fiorio Management, based in Torino, where she was in charge of booking, organizing and promoting live music events. It was through her work with Fiorio Management that Samantha realized her true passion was to become a Dj. In 2002 Samantha begins to focus her energy on producing music not only to play in her sets, but music that would directly capture that attention of her audience. Her style becomes an eclectic mix of electronic, thecno and techno-house music. As a result, Samantha becomes the resident Dj of Rock City and Ab+ in Torino, while making special Dj guest appearances in trendy discotheques throughout Italy. In addition to performing, Samantha decides to occupy her spare time by organizing one of the first music festivals in the city of Bardonecchia, specifically for the “Cultural Association of Bardonite”. This opportunity not only would offer Samantha the chance to organize and promote the event, it would also allow her the opportunity of performing with reputable artists.
