THE ROYAL NAVY was founded out of the ashes of KING PHILIP and JUST MY LUCK. Dandy Baldwin of KP and Paddy Mullen of JML met up one fine autumn day with the idea of forming a band. That was the original idea.
Yossi Ruggers from THE TM PARADE joined on drums but artistic differences split the band up in spring 2005.
Then PM met Pug outside the Echo in LA. Pug was a quiet drummer type but he agreed with Paddy on one thing: there's nothing to agree on.
