Coup consists of Peter van den Hoogen and Erica Terpstra and is located in Amsterdam. It was founded in 1998 when Erica quit her job at a printing office and joined Peter, who already worked as a freelance designer after graduating from Utrecht School of the Arts. Together they started to work for cultural clients combining print, web and television. Peter also teaches typography and dynamic media at the Utrecht School of the Arts.
Clients include TPG Post, MTV Nederland, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, VPRO, Submarine, Kunsthalle Fridericianum, Archined, Sonic Acts, SKOR, Felix Meritis and SICA. More on www.coup.nl .
