About Me

Born and raised in Colorado, you can say I come from a very God-fearing, spiritual family. My grandfather was a very well-known Apostle in Denver, and I have three uncles and two aunts who are all pastors. I also come from a very musical family. Keyboardists, drummers, and singers are all on my mother's side. My first cousins (Sacha, Shelly, and Latoya) have an amazing group called V3. Check out there music video, "Take Me There" below. I accepted the Lord at age 13 at a tent revival, and my spiritual life has grown ever since. I learned a lot of spiritual wisdom from my father, who is now with the Lord. He was an excellent scholar of the Word, and is now in Paradise. I keep learning more spiritual wisdom from my mother who is one of the strongest women I know. I am a creative and technical writer, and editor desiring to build clientele, and own my own publications company very soon. I would also like to write a children's Bible stories book, and an autobiography. My advice to everyone out there: Always keep God first in your life, and the rest will follow.

My Interests

I love interior home decorating, creative writing, and singing. I love romantic getaways with the man in my life (my husband, Ashley), and I love spending time with my little handsome son, Jordon, and beautiful baby girl, Makayla.I am an Independent Contractor, providing writing and editing (documentation) services to various businesses. I hope to own my own publications company one day very soon, creating all types of documentation and graphics for clientele. I would love to meet my favorite actors and actresses, Denzel Washington, Blair Underwood, Shemar Moore, Angela Bassett, Kimberly Elise, and Hally Berry. Music:

Contemporary gospel and jazz are the types of music I listen to the most. When in the romantic mood, I love listening to Brian McKnight and Robin Thicke. I also like Jill Scott.

Movies:

My all-time favorite movie is The Color Purple. The Passion of Christ, Imitation of Life, Dreamgirls, Shawshank Redemption, Crash, While You Were Sleeping, and all of Denzel's movies are on the top of my favorites list.

Television:

I watch some of the reality shows, and I still watch the old shows like Good Times and Sanford and Son. I'm hooked to Grey's Anatomy.

Books:
