About Me

THIS PAGE IS FOR ME TO KEEP UP WITH PEOPLE I ALREADY KNOW. IF I DON'T ACTUALLY KNOW YOU IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER, I WILL NOT ADD YOU.
THIS PAGE IS AN OFFICIAL
I am a the man behind the music of the band Darkfield Illuminator.
.. --> BUY MY BAND'S CD HERE -->
Live, I play guitar for the band, and am married to the ever so beautiful singer. We have 2 incredibly cool daughters, and have been very happily married since 1988(actually, it's been blissful except for the 2 years I was struggling with depression and not taking medication for it, but she stuck it out with me and now stuff is excellent...thank you Zoloft!!!!).
Among the jobs I have held in my life are Soldier in the US Army (Infantry and Recon), Carpet and vinyl flooring installer, circuit board builder, Custom guitar cabinetry builder, tanker trailer washer,commercial truckdriver, piano technician assistant (tune, repair, rebuild, refinish), Utility Construction, and am presently unemployed due to a tanked economy. But I am going to school to get a BS in Human Development with the goal of getting my masters in education and becoming a history teacher, since the Rock Star thing is not making a living wage as of yet.
My wife and I have also been involved as youth pastors at several different churches throughout the years, and we have one former youth group kid (young lady now) living with us, and she is family as far as we are concerned.
Yes, that's right..... I am the only guy in a house of 4 girls....I live in Klub Estro!!!! (and it's really pretty cool)
I started this page because our band page has gotten big enough that it's hard to wade through the friends list to keep up with those I actually know on myspace. If you'd like to be added to the Darkfield Illuminator myspace page, please do so, but I would ask that you only ask to be added here if you know me in real life, or we have gotten to know one another here on myspace.
And, I definitely will not accept any requests from the myspace bimbo contingent! Any and all requests from anyone whose pictures show a distinct deficit between the surface area of their body and the amount of clothes needed to cover it, and/or whose bra size is bigger than their IQ, will promptly be denied.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Abraham Lincoln, David Livingstone, Merriwether Lewis, Jean d' Arc, and a bunch of other interesting dead people.

My Blog

I hate unexplainable injuries

It all started with a simple day at work. I was not doing anything strenuous that day (last Wednesday), but as the day progressed, I noticed a slight pain in my upper right thigh. I figured it was no ...

you don't have to understand it in order for God to use it.

I was just thinking about an incident the morning after our XFest show. One of our friends (who is in her 60's, and a super cool, very Godly woman), came up to Laurel and wanted to talk to her. This w...
