Perspective is important. I always try to not only see all sides of an argument, but also understand why people feel the way they do. Don't mistake my kindness for weakness.
Progression can only be achieved through understanding and learning. Some things are out of your control but life may just be about increasing your odds. Everything happens for a reason. We all need purpose and those that give it meaning.
