I am here for Friends

About Me

.. ..
No more muffled drums! Uncover the drumheads! Plant your flag in an open field! No more timid peeking around! Either you see the beloved, or you lose your head! If your throat's not ready for that wine, cut it! If your eyes don't want the fullness of union, let them turn white with disease. Either this deep desire of mine will be found on this journey, or when I get back home! It may be that the satisfaction I need depends on my going away, so that when I've gone and come back, I'll find it at home. I will search for the Friend with all my passion and all my energy, until I learn that I dont need to search. The real truth of existence is sealed, until after many twists and turns of the road. ~Jalaluddin Rumi

The ULTIMATE personality test
brought to you by QuizillaI love to be in natural surroundings, hiking in the hudson river valley or biking along the ocean, camping and canoeing, laying in the grass looking up at stars or laying in the sand and feeling the sun pour over me. These things fill me with energy and keep me in awe. I have dicovered an interest in school that I never had before so I have been taking random classes for the past few years and I am finding that I am a better student than I ever game myself credit for. I took a good chunk of time to discover some of who I am and amid many setbacks I find myself peering back at me in my reflection more than ever now and I plan to keep digging for as long as I need to. I am a music junkie, I can never get enough. I have a need for live music like some people need water. I am in a relationship that will always amaze me. I have found someone that I can grow with. He helps to keep me searching even when I want to stop, he dances with me when we are alone, he makes me laugh all the time. And he can cook better than me...mmmm
You are the Death card. Death is a stage in the
cycle of life. Without death, there would be no
room for new things to grow. When you receive
the Death card in a tarot reading, fear not;
Death is only an indication that transformation
is about to occur. Death allows us all to
evolve by removing that which is no longer
needed. The end of one cycle makes way for a
new one. Old behaviours and patterns which have
tied us down are released. Death cleans house
so that we don't have needless drains on our
energy. In Death's ruthless destruction there
lies compassion. Image from: Danielle Sylvie

DANCE

Dance, when you're broken open. Dance, if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance, when you're perfectly free. ~Jalaluddin Rumi
