My Interests

European history; there's more to our culture than the last 200 years - people tend to forget this all too often; read up on some - we've got a magical heritage.Anything that's 80's corny or mythology related

Music:

Mostly Rock but I enjoy other varities alot too although you simply can't be old school 70 / 80's rock music and if anybody tells you otherwise they're lying. You all know the bands I talk of - Queen, Boston, Zeplin, Starship, KISS etc. You can and never will beat the feeling of classic rock when bands like KISS staged massive pyrotechnical displaysBands & tracks of the moment: The Birthday Massacre - Simply breathtaking electro goth rock I recently discovered. Goth generally isn't my thing but this band has talent! Within Temptation - Listen to Ice Queen / Mother Earth Nightwish - Over the hills and far away Lacuna Coil - The Secret Chicane - Saltwater (this track never tires. And yes, it's fairly old) Kiss - Crazy Nights (Just wath the video ok THEN come back)

Books:

Isaac Asimov. The granfather of Sci Fi & his timeless foundation series.Obviously Tolkien's writings. The Dragonlance saga & the dark elf series also.Gates Of Fire by Steven Pressfield is also a good read, based on the true story of 300 spartans and helot slaves that witheld an army of around 1 million persian warriors at the gates of thermopylae thus preserving the western way of life.

Heroes:

Christian Bale - the finest actor currently in Hollywood. Vladimir Kulich for portraying Bulyiwf to aboslute perfection and Valentino Rossi for being the greatest motorcycle racer of all time. ..
