EKLiPZ BIO:
EKLiPZ was born on June 14, 1991. He didn't begin listening to music until a later period of time at the age of 9. He had just moved, and in this new area EKLiPZ was introduced to Rap and Hip-Hop music. The people who he hung around with may have influenced the music he began to listened to, but what he enjoyed was listening to Rap music on a different level than others, he listen at tried to catch details in the songs he listened to that most other people wouldn't here, and thats what may have started him on his road to a music career. The first artists he enjoyed listening to were many of the greats like 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G, Jay-Z, Nas and others. A few years after he started listening to the music, he began writing to the music. "I wouldn't write to a beat, I would just sit back with a pad of paper and keep on writing 'till there were no more rhymes left in my head" stated EKLiPZ. A few years after he had began writing, he teamed up with a friend and began to record the lyrics he was writing. Through that he was introduced to fruity loops, a beat making program that he became interested in. With no instruction he began making beats. "Slowly as the more I used the program, the more I learned the ins and outs and all the tricks to it" says EKLiPZ "my beats also improved as I learned to use it, and they're still continuing to improve". With making beats he now developed a new ear for Rap and Hip-Hop music. "When I turn on a tune instead of listening to the lyrics more intensely, I first notice the beat of it"said EKliPZ, "I am now mostly focused on making beats, but I will still sit back and write a track from time to time". By starting off on production young, at the age of 12 ('03), up to now, still at a young age of 16, he is the future of beat making and production. It is time to start watching out for EKLiPZ.
