About Me

I'm all over the place. Currently? Confused, slightly lost and a little unmotivated. That's not a bad thing. It's part of life. Part of me. For better or for worse. I'll come around. I'm FUNNY. Used to be just sort of "so-so" when it came to humor. Now, I'm a riot. Traveling, blowing bubbles, playing songs on my parent's piano, collecting needless crap, waiting tables, eating cookies, texting as fast as possible, laughing till I cry, crying till I laugh...these are all things I do. People have described me as "off" - not crazy, but just sort of "off." I say "thanks" because, obviously, what else can I say? If I argue then I'm the crazy irrational bitch and if I agree then I am pulling the whole "yeah, I'm so cool and different" thing that is absolutely obnoxious. So I say "thank you" - covers all bases, doesn't really answer the question and keeps things polite. I am weird, I guess. But because I'm funny it all works out.I work daily on remaining connected. We're nothing without everything else.Other than that? I'm just a 27 year old with an aching desire to "get started" without missing what's right in front of me.

My Interests

Piano, Art, Drawing Fashion Figures, Advertising, Geology, spiritual awakenings, eating pancakes, scrapbooking, planning vacations, "mountain-moving" conversations (often intoxicated), making sure to check out the stars when I can, I'd like to learn how to windsurf and juggle more than one ball. It'd also be fun to do a flip.

Movies:

Best of all time? "Some Like it Hot." "Love and Sex," "Before Sunrise," "Before Sunset," "300," "Stranger Than Fiction," "American Beauty," "Steven Banks Comedy Show," "The Shining," "Ferris Beuller," and "Blair Witch."

Television:

The Office is the best out there at this point. Gotta see my peeps on Desperate Housewives (yes, I do pretend they are my friends), and a good ol' re run of Cheers and Seinfeld is always in the mix.

Books:

I don't have time to read, although, one of my all time favorites is "Auntie Mame" -- a story so true to the likings of my grandmother. A must read.
