In 1976 our family was called to be misionaries in Guatemala Central America. Not having television we went to our rooms and turn on our instruments that our parents bought us before leaving to Guatemala from New Jersey.Sam jr. had a guitar, Carlos a bass guitar , Omar a set of drums and Theresa a simple tambarine..Sam was 9, Carlos was 7, Omar was 5 and Theresa was 3.We drove our parents crazy, because we did not have teachers to teach us how to play those instruments..But little by little God started to show us how to play and sing.... that in a matter of months, we where ready to do our first show.....After traveling to California, we recorded our first album "Luz en las Tinieblas" wow this was awsome..
We traveled everywhere bringing music to all who listen. In 1981 we moved back to Jersey.. and we recorded our second album "Porque Vives en Mi"
After we recorded this album our parents became Pastors in a small church called "Roca de Salvacion" in Bloomfield ave. in Newark. Our ministry went on hold cause we was involved with our parents as musicians of the church.in 1992 we moved to Puerto Rico. Before moving our big brother got married (Sam Jr.) and so he did not go with us. He was the leader of the pack... he did everything...and now what is going to happen to the Cintrons now, now that Sam is not going to Puerto Rico. After moving to P.R. God started to work on me and giving me new songs and I started to record them... and guess what??/ we started all over again....
Singing with our Parents but in P.R..We recorded our 3 album called "Quiero Ir" and we blew out!!!!! Puerto Rico was our Stage.... we sang everywhere and ministerd to thoulsands of people. Then we recorded "SOMOS HERMANOS" and we Kept doing what the Lord has put in our hearts to do.When we recorded "Abre tu Corazon" cd.. we went international.... whats when you started to hear about the Cintrons.... and Here we are.....
