Nihil Obstat toured from 1991 to 1996.
It sounded first like The Cure and other new wave band. After a couple of years and not so many concert, the band changed its line-up : Bill was not only the guitar player : he was the leader ; Dave stopped playing keyboard and became the bass player and DrumKid joined the band to play the drum. Together, they found their sound and were qualified as making "noisy pop".
They have played with dEUS and such bands as Rouge Bizarre, Sealane, Uzeda, Dog House...
