it took me a few days to figure out what to say about myself on here and i came to the conclusion that everything i am can not be summed up in one paragraph on here. i am a father of 2 amazing children that are my world, i have done many things in my life because i will never settle for less and i will be all i can be not only for myself but for my children. i am a retired championship bodybuilder, a third degree black belt, a police officer,and I now own my own karate school which was my life long dream!! i am good hearted,honest,hard working, sensitive, down to earth and have a sense a humor second to none!! i am unlike any man you will meet!! there is so much more i could write but you all get the idea!! lol get to know me and you will find out for yourself!!!The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he's always doing both.
