For over 52 years, Chano Cadena y su Conjunto has been playing the very best of conjunto music throughout South Texas. Inducted to the Tejano Roots Hall of Fame in 2001, Chano's conjunto has seen other Tejano Roots Hall of Famer inductees begin or play later on in the conjunto such as Ruben Naranjo, Rodolfo Leal (Rodolfo y Lalo), Lorenzo Hernandez and Amadeo Flores. Many other talented musicians had stops in Chano's Conjunto such as Juan Sifuentes, Fito Flores, Tonio Vasquez y Fidel Cavazos
