EXERCISE! Bicycling. Yoga. Dancing/Belly dancing. Martial arts. Swimming, especially in the ocean, but I rarely get the chance.I enjoy stimulating, crazy, brilliant conversations. Laughing until my sides ache. Reading. Fantasizing about the craziest things! People who are honest, intelligent, quirky and want to know the REAL me (write to me if you DARE). You won't find me online very often.
Optimistic, friendly, warm, fun, interesting--maybe even strange and weird--people from all over the world.
I love all kinds of music: Rock, R&B/Soul, Hip Hop, some Pop, belly dancing music; definitely music from different cultures! You'll have to ask me what I'm into today, because I'm always looking for new and different music! Want to recommend something to me? Please do!
I watch the craziest movies. I particularly enjoy foreign films. Pedro Almodovar is a genius. I haven't seen all of his films, but I really LOVED Todo sobre mi madre. FANTASTIC! Alejandro Amenabar's Abre los ojos is also one of my favorites. The original La vie en rose was great, too. I can't remember the filmmmaker. Italian films are awesome, too. I enjoy just about everything Roberto Benigni has done, particularly La Tigre e' La Neve. As far as American films go...do Americans make films or are they just moving pictures? Just teasing! I like American comedies. Anything with Ben Stiller or Adam Sandler usually makes me laugh.
Eh, I have cable for the high speed internet and don't really watch much TV...except that I'm a LOST fanatic. What a great show! The only other thing I "watch" on cable is the music, haha, which I put through my stereo, so the TV isn't on at all. I guess that doesn't count?
Love 'em. Murder mysteries. Histories, biographies. The Kama Sutra. National Geographic, which doesn't count, but it should. And much, much more!
The Short List: Mom, Rainer Maria Rilke, John Fowles, Ghandi, Buddha, Roberto Benigni, Zorba, Cat Saunders.
