New Light Leadership Coalition, Inc. (NLLC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization governed by young people. NLLC advocates leadership development and training for youth ages 16 to 25. NLLC is not a religious organization. We believe that leadership development holds the keys to success for our peers and the future of our community.NLLC serves as a facilitator for the implementation of solutions to problems facing young people. This includes providing forums for youth to voice opinions about problems and giving a framework for solution-oriented programs. NLLC conducts leadership training workshops year-round and hosts the Annual Youth & College Leadership Summit every November.
