My Brain's Pattern
You have a dreamy mind, full of fancy and fantasy.
You have the ability to stay forever entertained with your thoughts.
People may say you're hard to read, but that's because you're so internally focused.
But when you do share what you're thinking, people are impressed with your imagination.

I've spent a lot of time and a lot of money on three bands: Phish, Yamagata, and FreeWorld, basically I enjoy anything that is willing to take risks and be original. I would rather see a train wreck on stage than hear a cd recreated, however a good Bob Dylan or Pink Floyd cd or the voice of Michael Franti speak straight to me. I am fascinated by the efforts of Miles Davis, and anything Bill Laswell touches is worth checking out. I have great appreciation for chops, which is why I can enjoy most any style of music from Bela and the 'Tones to Phish to Tabla Beat Science, Buckethead, and Mahavishnu Orchestra. Long Live Shawn Lane!!
Which Grateful Dead Song are You?
Uncle John's Band
You are very laid back and peaceful. You enjoy music a lot, in fact, it is probably one of the biggest things in your life. While the rest of the world is in turmoil and time is flying you see beyond all of that by just laying back and listening to the music and thinking things over. You like to question lots of things and if you aren't careful, even you get caught up in the time flying just by wondering things. You have good insight on most things.... when life looks like easy street, there is danger at your door.

I am more into documentary and/or live music dvds as I get older, but back in the day (which was Tuesday) I'd have to say the original Star Wars trilogy, The Usual Suspects, The Natural, The Shawshank Redemption, Vanilla Sky, True Romance, The Muppett Movie (the original), Natural Born Killers, Monty Python, Cheech and Chong, anything with Burt Reynolds in the early 80's, as well as Boogie Nights, anything with Chevy Chase before he got sober, Strange Brew, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Pi, Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (with The Bee Gees and Peter Frampton), Lone Wolf McQuade (The Greatest Movie of All Time), The Big Lebowski, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Crash, Easy Rider, most of Will Ferrell's stuff, and...I don't know, where do you draw the line before this list gets watered down?
In general I hate it, but I think "MySpace" is going to be worse for society, but I do love PBS, Lost, the Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Football, Colbert Report, and the Daily Show. Chappelle's Show was great, and other than that I think we're all doomed.
One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest, Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, On The Road, anything by Hunter S. Thompson, anything by Kurt Vonnegut, and I read all kinds of coffee table books.
Cooper Miles Maddox, my Dad, the Phish guys, Jimmy Johnson and anyone from the early 1990's Dallas Cowboys, Michael Jordan, Bob Dylan, the Florida Gang, the Eveland Crew, Frank Zappa, Col. Bruce Hampton, Jake Rudolph, George Lucas, Chuck Norris
