Laguna is a project that merges elements and musical currents ranging from chill-out, bossa nova, electro, latin rhythms as mambo, son or cha cha cha. Laguna starts with a need and the challenge to make versions of major songs of all times with a particular style and combining the different tastes of each member involved or who have been part of other projects:
Geronimo Gonzalez (GrandMama, Makeup) Jorge Gonzalez (Bajotres, Gargamel), Omar Lopez (Blacksmith), Juansal (Sound engineer of countless bands in Mexico). Laguna started in January 2006 playing in bars and events. Mix well and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
Laguna es un proyecto que fusiona elementos y corrientes musicales que van desde chill-out, bossa nova, electro, a ritmos latinos como mambo, son o cha cha cha. Laguna inicia por la necesidad y el reto de hacer versiones de grandes temas con un sello particular y combinando los diferentes gustos de cada integrante quienes participan o han formado parte de otros distintos proyectos:
Geronimo Gonzalez (GrandMama, Makeup) Jorge Gonzalez (Bajotres, Gargamel), Omar Lopez (Blacksmith), Juansal (Ing. de sonido de infinidad de bandas en Guadalajara). Laguna comienza en enero de 2006 tocando en bares y eventos particulares. Mezcle bien y disfrutese con su bebida favorita.
