Oprah. I wish there was a male equivalent to her to be a role model for men. Kerry Bestwick!!!!! For those of you who don't know, she is a Yoga/Pilates instructor here in State College. She is so amazing and committed to her work, I can drag myself to the gym feeling like dirt, and walk out of her studio feeling like a million bucks. She has definitely influenced my life. www.kerrybestwick.com
