Thomas & Johnnie partnered up during pre-production on "Forever Together Dead". Thomas was writing and directing and Johnnie came onboard as a FX guy. Thomas is still a writer/director and Johnnie has now taken a major interest in producing and more importantly acting. We have now worked together on every film since then.
Camphero is the name of an abandon military base at the end of Long Island in Camp Hero State Park. About 10 years ago we would drive out to Montauk almost every other weekend talking about films and making films. We would brainstorm the entire ride and then go exploring. Camphero Productions fit us perfectly.
We started exploring the forgotten Gold Coast mansions and its rich history. All of our stories start with a great location and work back from there. Our stories mostly incorporate legends or myths or have something to say about the environment. Our Films: FOREVER TOGETHER DEAD A Super8mm feature about vampires. A 16mm/ Video short about a group of young Witches from the North Fork of Long Island. This was a major undertaking! A very large cast, all original costumes, handmade props and some great outdoor locations. This was the first time we shot at MUTTONTOWN PRESERVE and have continued ever since. Our Love for GOLD COAST ESTATES and LONG ISLAND PARKS & PRESERVES started on this film. SONG OF THE FOREST TREES We Really wanted to say something with this DV short. We need to protect open space here on LI, need to protect our environment from all kinds of polluters and we need to remember that it is a privilege to be allowed to live on Mother Earth. This is reminiscent of the very popular 70's commercial with the crying Indian.
We won 2nd place in the LI MiniFest and received a signed copy of "Everything I ever learned about Filmmaking I learned from the Toxic Avenger"

Unbeknown to our Princess Brianna she has a curse laid upon her head. She must find her one true love before her 21st day of birth or be forever swept away into the faery world.
One of the greatest things to happen for us was the locations we were able to use. We shot at the majestic Oheka Castle in Woodbury, with no location fee for one full day. Our most treasured location of all is Rosemary Farm Estate in West Neck. It was built in 1902 and is now part of the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception. We were able to shoot in an outdoor location called “The Druid Ruinsâ€, an overgrown stone entrance way that lead to an outdoor amphitheater. Our only indoor location was a place in Bohemia “The Normandie Innâ€. The once medieval themed restaurant is now an overlooked run-down property. CRACKHOUSE SONATA
This is a music video for a band called "ELK". The concept was an abused bride who kills her husband and then herself. 2009 We are currently working on our next feature film called SILENT SPRING retro layout powered by HOT FreeLayouts.com / MyHotComments
