mission is to assist community youths by providing a rich source of positive
direction and to provide the necessary tool for both personal and
professional growth and development.
Whether these tools are academic, athletic, financial, social or
professional, WIN’s purpose is to serve as the stepping-stone to a
brighter future. WIN firmly
believes that through effective guidance and nurturing, at-risk populations
will be empowered to become and remain positive and motivating contributors
to their community. WIN affirms
that focus based efforts geared toward providing the community with
extensive access and significant exposure to the proper resources is the key
