I'm a composer, producer and guitar player. I live in Lisbon. I like to work in different areas of sound. I'm a founder of Radio Macau - one of the most important bands in Portugal - and I wrote some of the most known songs of Portuguese pop. In 1990 I founded "A Máquina do Almoço dá Pancadas" for playing my instrumental music. I also have a solo record from 1998. In 2001 I started with Carlos Morgado the electronic project Micro Audio Waves. We published two records up till now. The second one - No Waves - was recommended by John Peel at BBC, and won the Qwartz Electronic Music Awards for best album and best video clip, in competition with artists as Murcof, Vitalic, High Tones, amongst others.
My producer work includes artists/bands such as Jorge Palma, Bunnyranch, Radio Macau, Requiem or MAU. I composed some music for films too.
