i'm married to the infamous keilah and have three kids j,b,d. i'm an artist and a youth minister. i studied painting at mcmurry university. my subject matter consists mainly of portraits and the figure in oils. i started painting full-time two years ago. i've had two solo shows and have been in seven group showings. i am currently a member of the center for contemporary arts in abilene texas and looking for a gallery.about my art: there is a beauty in every person that i try to communicate on canvas, whether it's in he classic or the everyday. i hope that the viewer will not only get a glimpse of what i felt when i painted, but also see what is important to me as an artist and human being.
