i luv writing and reading poetry....singing and piano......going 2 concerts....enjoying, experencing, and traveling 2 others cultures and other countries (been 2 Morocco and Mexico and The Netherlands). i want 2 go to Australia, Israel, Ireland, Britian, and even France, Spain...i want 2 go some English speaking countries some day....dancing....checkin' out sappy movies....chillin' @ home....and yes, sometimes cooking, especially 4 the holidays....hangin' wit my little hommie, BETH, my little sista.....going out with my GIRLZ and having some fun.....playing some soft-ball (thanx to my papa & mama....making me go 2 little girls' soft-ball league! props 2 ya!).....i don't know how 4 describe myself.....i guess, maybe fun 2 get 2 know....you'll have 2 C 4 urself.....

Books:
The Left Behind Book Series, i've read 1 thru 10, i gotta catch up...(when i get a chance 2 read 4 myself).i'm getting into C.S. Lewis...i'm currently reading Mere Christianity. it's amazing how God can give one man so much wisdom about humans & how we operate! i read one chapter & was hooked! i want to read The Chronicles of Narnia, the series, & Screwtape Letters...i've read The Great Divorce. it makes you think, you know....about people and how we work and think....i'd say, it's a good, easy read...and short!my favourite books of ALL time are Little Women and Anne of Green Gables series (all eight!) i'll never read a Harry Potter book...don't get me started! i have read Piercing the Darkness (it's fiction), it's sooooo good! if you want a good scare or book about spiritual warfare...it's the one for you! i couldn't put it down! one of my favorite authors is Helen Dunmore. she wrties with the fluidity of a poet's heart. i luv fantasy, romance, sci-fi, comedy, & suspense!!! another good book is called Angel Walk, not sure of the author, but it's life changing.also, i luv "he's just not that into you" by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo. it's really good! not a self help book, but a self-confidence book. my friend, Miranda gave it to me & it changed my life! if you're a woman, you must read it!i'm currently reading a couple books now, but one of them are "Velvet Elvis, repainting the Chistian Faith" by Rob Bell (check out my pics, i met the dude!). WOW, is all i can say...inspiring & intriguing. it's about the Christian Faith and how people who have it, veiw it or how we should view it in the Biblical sense. it definately makes you think. Rob Bell could be looked at as a modern day C.S. Lewis.
Heroes:
JESUS...He was the first feminist! always putting women first...but i love Him for more than that! i love Him for saving my soul and changing my life! and that's just a start!but people need an example...let's say mentors, that would be my Mom...she's a human saint! she's so good becuz of the Lord! we all have flaws, but she has this peace and wisdom about her. you can tell something is different about her...Jesus has changed her and has been for about 22 years! she's a pearl in this murky world! i'm SO blessed!another gigantic influence is Rebecca St James...she's, also, a saint! she's been my all time favourite singer/music artist since i was like 13 years old! yeah...back in the day. plus, she's a great example of a godly woman. she's 29 years old now & still a virgin! (yes, by choice!) she travels around the world to promote abstinence, writes books & performs music, too! she is involved in Compassion International, a world wide organization which helps feed, school and care for poverty stricken children. plus, she's from Australia...which means she has a fabulous accent! lol...i luv it! if you want a role model...she is the one you want! it's a wonderful thing when a teenage girl has a good role model in the media! that's what she was to me. Rebecca is a dim reflection of Christ and i hope i become like her in Christ: speaking the TRUTH, having Compassion, Giving to the poor, being Pure in Spirit and not being ashamed!
