I love the physical realm of life and strive to experience all possible. I have trained with Natural Mr. Olympia, Trained at Westside Barbell, Strength coach for a high school wrestling team, Played sports thru-out my college days, from soccer to baseball and table tennis,ect,ect. Drag Raced, built things, tore down things, repair things, and just plain physical stuff from many many aspects of our planet. I've also had the extreme pleasure of traveling around the country with some of the planets finest musicians and above that, just great human beings. That being in the likes of the band OHM: with members Chris Poland, Pag, Kofi Baker. Other sensational musicians include Ric F., Joel T.,Frank G.,and also the band Umphreys Mcgee. That being said, I minored in Psych, studied many many seconds,hours,weeks,months and years in many Philosophies, East to West. Have dug into many remote aspects of the spirit realm and spiritual way of life. Hung out with Ram Dass acouple days and John-David @ Brain Speak[google them if need]for a week. Always striving to be the best human I can be, keeping in mind its about the side roads and dirt roads,hills and valleys,bridges and tunnels in the journey, that makes the spirit,mind and body into one.
