About Me

"Filling what seems to be a gaping crevice for decent underground metal zines in Australia, Brisbane's THE FALLOUT comes of age on issue 3 with improvements made over every facet... I'm not going to be too critical, I mean, where else are you gonna read an interview with Melbourne eighties melodic thrashers NOTHING SACRED - even UNBELIEVABLY BAD wouldn't go there!!!"
- Danger Coolidge, UNBELIEVABLY BAD magazine.
"Focussing entirely on metal from a young dude's point of view, this steers clear of nu-metal and sticks to the old school. Once Liam eliminates any band photo of a dude wearing an Opeth shirt then he will be cookin' completely."
- Damo, LONG GONE LOSER magazine.
"Content is very eclectic and the reader never gets bored because of a well-done work in the texts... Everything is very well conceived and entertaining."
- Victor Varas, Autoeroticasphyxium Zine, USA.
"Probably the best Australian metal zine I've read since HM!"
- Kent Haines, Brisbane metal promotor.
THE FALLOUT is a heavy metal/hard rock publication from Brisbane, Australia. Begun in 2005 as a street newsletter, The Fallout is now a quarterly music magazine featuring news, interviews, and articles on some of the best metal bands from Australia and overseas.
