About Me

----This is honestly the best picture I have of myself in the last 10 years or so (although Karo seems to think I have better, such a sweet kid)....I'm trying to go to Med School next year, so I'm busier than I'd like to be these days...I'm so happy that the NHL is back that I just my crap my pants...I'm not much of a warm weather person. Give me the cold and a fresh layer of snow any day over going to the beach...I have this thing about memorizing song lyrics. I don't know why it happens, but I'm pretty fucking good with it for some reason. Thankfully, I only use my powers for good...I'm one sarcastic bastard, but if you can deal with my shit and dish some back, it makes for some witty and pretty fucking funny conversation....I've basically discovered that's it's impossible to keep in touch with people without the internet these days. There, does all that seem interesting enough?

My Interests

Ice hockey (anything and everything related to it...its my passion); Snowboarding (Passion Number 2); Being a lazy ass when I have better things to do; mastering my air guitar and air drums skills; watching any movie that I've been telling myself to watch but never put aside the time to; discovering new and amazing music through random chance; working on becoming something someday; Video games (I don't give a damn how old I am); basically anything that's fun and has the possibility of debauchery involved.

System of a Down, The Mars Volta, Led Zeppelin, Depeche Mode, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Coheed and Cambria, AFI; the occasional trance/techno song, the occasional hip-hop song....extremely eclectic. I'll listen to anything that sounds like there was some effort put into making it. Anything with a beat.

Movies:

Anchorman, Big Fish, Closer (you'll never be able to look at your relationship the same way again), BATMAN BEGINS (Fucking amazing!!), Kill Bill Vol. 1 (Vol. 2 was a bit lacking), The Graduate, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (that's how love REALLY is), the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Blow, Finding Neverland, etc. Recommendations are welcome.

Television:

Family Guy, LOST, Entourage, Carnivale (THEY CANCELLED IT!! DAMN YOU HBO!!), The Wire, Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Books:

Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, The Last Kingdom, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Crime and Punishment, Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, Lust for Life, A Civil Action, Spandau Phoenix, Harry Potter....i really prefer to write them more than read them. You ever heard of a little book called THE BIBLE??Started off as random thoughts in my head, then next thing you know, people are putting up churches.
