WHAT'S GOOD?

What's good? My name is Justin, aKa Drops, and I live the life that most only dream about. I'm content with my life; I have never been in a better place. I've been around the block once or twice or more, and I've seen some shit. I've heard some shit, I've smelt some shit, I've done some shit. Regrets? Hell yes. But I'm not a history channel kind of cat. I hold my interests, my desires, and my heart in the future. I say this because I know I will make something of myself. I am gonna lift myself out of this hole called life and get on solid ground. Next comes rising above the bullshit. Rising above it all and escalading. It was meant to be.

I am a senior at Arroyo Grande High School. My subject is mathematics, and some call me that. It will be a kick back year. I'm living the life. Questions? Hit me up.

MY MUSIC

I enjoy the smooth sounds of oldies. I'm talking about the eighties shit, that stuff that you want to play again and again. That BBQ Band, the sweet sounds of SOS, the Earth, Wind, and Fire piff. The music that changed the way we hear our jams today. Shit just wouldn't sound so sweet without a Candy Girl.

I also enjoy listening to hip hop music. The Clan, AZ, Nas, Obie, young Carter himself. I like the music that moves your heart, not that dumb shit. I listen to the words, absorb them. I don't care how big and bright the rims are on Lil Jon's Escalade. I care about the everyday struggle of youngsters pinching dollars out of pennies and taking care of business to support themselves. It's not just music.

It's a way of life.

INTERESTS

Basically, I love the simple things. Kicking back on the porch on a nice sunny day with a beverage in hand, talking about the good days. Those days that had no worries or stress. Back when the biggest worry was having to go to bed after a day of play. Those were the days man.

I enjoy Night Crusisin', just like stated by Bar Kays. I love my jams, I love my families, I love my homies. I like to check out new joints, the hot spots. I roc the finest because I love it when heads turn in my direction. I love the ladies; they always know how to put a smile on my face. In the roughest times, I turn to my family, without the blood. The straight homies. In the greatest times, I turn to the same crew. Thick and thin. It's how the world turns.

I'm an entrepreneur; I made extra cheddar on the side from the get-go. Whatever it may have meant, I have always been able to get food in my face. It's my faith. Without that motherfucker in the sky, I wouldn't be alive today.
