Through networking and traveling these three ladies noticed that there is yet a great need in the Bay Area for marketing and advertising, establishing business relationships, and creating a platform for upscale industry events and business mixers. The Bay Area and Northern California as a whole has lacked any exciting night life entertainment for some time. Because of this many people travel to LA or nearby Las Vegas for pleasure and/or to meet with clients and finalize large business deals or contracts. CRJ's desire is to establish the Bay Area as the "New Hollywood" and keep businesses, events, premieres, social gatherings, and entertainment right here where celebrities will attend. To do this the three decided to all come together after Cicely spent nearly 2 yrs trying to do it all alone. After their initial meeting they saw what they all had to offer and soon realized that together they could take over the Bay by way of Promotional Marketing, Fashion, and Entertainment. Cicely, Founder & CEO of CRJ Productions (which also represents the initials of her name, Cicely Rene' Johnson), has been a runway/print model for nearly 12 years. She has a BA in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing. She manages, books, and promotes up and coming models and creates jobs/events and campaigns for them to gain maximum exposure through CRJ's events and fashion shows. Through that connection Feminisme Entertainment was developed as a model management company and an umbrella to house the promotional and runway/print model staff. Cicely is an unpublished writer with a book, 3 movies, and a play under her belt. She is currently working on her debut album Au Naturel as well. She is definitely the entertainment side of this business. Cicely is a natural when it comes to networking and bringing people and their businesses all together. Rhachelle, Director of Marketing, has her MBA in Marketing from University of Phoenix. She also has a BA in Bio-chemistry and has completed all of her requisites for pre-med. (The definite brainiac of the trio.) She has secured contracts w/ major accounts to manage and execute their Northern California Promotional efforts. Her expertise is Market Research and Business Plan Designs. She is definitely the core of the team with her financial and banking background. She is the Executive Director of The Good News! which is a non-profit monthly newsletter that advertises local businesses and broadcast events in the Gospel and Christian community. It will soon be an online newsletter and eventually a magazine. Jill Annette, is the Event Manager and Fashion Consultant/Designer. She is the CEO of Caddie Golf Apparel which is a co-ed urban golf apparel line. Jill's line has been featured in Essence Magazine and she designs the outfits that the CRJ models wear. Jill has her BA in Fashion and Textiles from San Francisco State. (These three women are extremely intelligent.) As the Event Manager for the group she makes sure that CRJ's presence is known at every venue. From the invitations that are sent out, the post cards that are promoted, the programs at the event, to what everyone has to wear. She is on top of it all. Jill never leaves home without our red carpet because wherever CRJ is, there is an event. These three ladies together have the bases loaded with Entertainment, Marketing, & Fashion.
