Colorcast Veteran, a Louisiana-based band, has been noted for blending elements of all types of music to create their unique sound, including aspects of progressive, indie, pop punk, metal, screamo, and southern rock.
In 2007, Colorcast Veteran proudly finished a six song e.p. with the hope that it would serve to pique interest in anyone who may stumble upon it. Their music is intended to be sincere, amusing, and bursting with energy, as is evident at any live performance, and as the band grows, so does their sound. Believing they have evolved from their 2007 cd, the guys have been feverishly writing new tracks for future recordings. The latest recording of the e.p. "Kings, Queens, and Guillotines", is sure to amaze any present and new listeners. Warrior Sound, located in Chapel Hill, N. C. recorded their latest tracks, and turned the guys into solid recording artists. Check it out, for real!
Over the last few years of its life, the band has built up a small fan base that they absolutely adore. You know who you are. As such, they are hoping to embark on a journey that so many bands have traveled before them, trusting that their dedication will be rewarded.
They are truly a band so eager for their future, appreciative of their past, and living in the present. A sincere thank you is extended to all of the bands and individuals who have showered the guys with support thus far.
