For those of you who've been running perpendicular to the loop, feel free to jump across now. We're Scarecity (or Scare City or scarecity or ScareCity, we dont care) and we're not an economics term to explain infinite human needs and wants in a world of finite resources. We do understand if you infinitely need and want us however. A whole bunch of us are originally from Margaret River, and have played in a tonne of bands including ones you may have heard of (Skyshark, Amberdown) and those you havent. If you ever meet Skinny, you'll know he's using hyperbole to explain something if its explained in 87 units. As for Gilesy, he'll probably just say something obscure and then break Skinny's guitar (without even asking). Ryan will probably be up the back, sly dog. And Josh, well, he'll be complaining about his nickname (Shua, as in Jo-shua). We find it hard to say what kind of music we are, but don't like saying that because EVERYONE claims that. But we just said it anyway. We're friendly and will COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS OMGWTFLOL.
We've got a whole bunch of new gigs in the next couple of months, so make sure you come down and check us out! We're currently getting our first EP organised - looks like we'll be recording in June/July and having some chilled as launch shows in October.
We give away door spots to people sometimes, so let us know if you're bringing a crowd down to a show and we'll sort something out!
