Emre Yunus Erkan a.k.a "doenut", Chef de Cuisine and Head of "PROPZ CITY TURKISH HIP HOP" was born in Izmir/Turkey 1975. Hip Hop and cooking is my passion and it was never a doubt that I will become a Chef one day and also work in the Hip Hop Industrie.After three years of study at the Hospitality and Culinaryschool in Frankfurt I graduate in January 1995.In 1999 I became a privat Chef in the USA and two years long was cooking in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Las Vegas. In march 2003 I fullfiled my childhood dream and started working on a Passengership and cruised around the world for two years. I have experienced a lot of different types of dishes around the world wich influenced my style of cooking in a excotic way. In oktober 2004 I became Executive Chef on the 105m long and one of the most expensive Privat Yacht..s in the world "Lady Moura" to replace their Excutive Chef for four mounths wich took me to another level of cooking. After my contract on the "Lady Moura" I cooked on another "smaller" yacht and also as a Personal Chef in St.Tropez and Monte Carlo where I was serving celebritys and rich & famous of the world."PROPZ CITY" is a new challenge and a new mission for Hip Hop and it was founded by "thenkman" the President of "DefPro Entertainment" in 2007.Togehter we will built "PROPZ CITY" to something enormus in the Hip Hop Industrie.
