My name's Kar.My interests lie in music and film. I use to play the guitar but fell out of love with it, although i do still give it the odd strum, when im feeling inspired by another musician. One of my biggest regrets is having never learnt how to play the piano, but hopefully a time will come in the future when i will be able to do this, along side the drums and violin. I am obsessed with films. I watch most things, but it doesnt mean i like them. World cinema is where 'real' cinema is at, films like 'Pan's Labyrinth', 'City of God', the Vengeance trilogy, 'Infernal Affairs' and 'Amores Perros' to name a few are the movies that really should be: shown in cinemas; shown to aspiring film makers and in the mainstream/mass market.I took 3 A-levels, history, philosophy & ethics and business studies. I love history but am "physically incapable of writing a well structured and balanced answer". Philosophy was/is challenging and will remain so until the day i die....because one will never find an answer within philosophy, but rather create more questions. Business is the route i have chosen for myself for the future at the university of westminster.
