通称、「N3」。
2003年春、FUZIとKIYO(drum)を中心に結成。
　当初FUZIがギターボーカルを務めていたが〠åŒå¹´5月に慎加入。現在の形態となる。
　初期メンバー：　慎(vo)　FUZI(gt)　OZAWA(gt)　 YOUTH-K(ba)　KIYO(dr)
　5月末にOZAWA脱退。4人で活動していく。6æœˆå ¾¡èŒ¶ãƒŽæ°´ZIPPAL HALLにて初ライブ。
　その後、池袋CYBERを中心に活動。
　2004å¹´6月 YOUTH-Kが脱退。以降ベーシストはサポートメム³ãƒãƒ¼

　2005年2月　TV埼玉「音楽詩人」出演
　2005年4月　KAZUKI(ba)加入
2005年4月　KAZUKI(ba)加入
　2005年6月6日　慎の誕生日に主催イベント
　　「天下一武道会一回戦　ピッコロ VS シン様」開催
　2005年10月11日　ミニアルバム「-no title-」リリース
　2005å¹´11月1æ—¥ã€€ä¸»å‚¬ã‚¤ãƒ™ãƒ³ãƒˆã€Œå¤©ä¸‹ä¸€æ­¦é“ä¼ šæ±ºå‹æˆ¦ã€€ã‚·ãƒ³æ§˜æœ€å¾Œã®é­”封波」開催
　　この日よりKAZUKIの脱退を期に無期限活動 休止に入る。

　　フルアルバムの製作に入る
　2008å¹´2月28日　フルアルバム「REUNION」リリ㠃¼ã‚¹
　2008年3月　KIYOとYOUTH-Kが脱退
　2008年4月より　慎(vo)　FUZI(gt)　チエ(ba)　YUT O(dr)　の編成で活動再開
