NEWS 2008.08.19: ENJOY THIS MOMENT is happy to announce that we have added a new band member to our ranks! Welcome Kohtaro Imadate to the scene. A skilled electric guitarist in his own right, his influences range from Ingway, Gary Moore, Jeff Beck and many others. He also has time as a professional studio musician under his belt. Fomerly a "speed guitarist", now he is ready to mellow out a bit and try his hand at more melodious styles such as you might hear on a Steve Vai record.

As always, fans of Victor Wooten and Billy Shean are likely enjoy Makoto's bass skills, though he has his own unique style incorporating funk, fuzion, slap, and a little bit of who-knows-what. He is also working on new arrangements and even composing new tunes these days.

Delaina's voice and writing style have been compared to artists like Nichole Nordeman, Ginny Owens, Plumb, and Shibata Jun. She is working hard on training her typically alto voice to hit notes above a woman's high 'C' and is enjoying totally throwing out old melodies and reworking them to make the songs better, catchier and to show off a little bit of her slowly but surely acquired new vocal skills.

2008.03.20 Delaina has been writing passionate, deep thinking music for close to a decade and "Grace Notes" tops the list of her personal favorites. With the totally unique fusion and pop arrangements produced by Makoto, the haunting melody and lyrical imagery of "Grace Notes" is hard to forget. Note: Actually upon further consideration, the melody particularly of the chorus, was all too easy to forget, so don't be surprised someday if you hear a totally reworked version of this song floating through the airwaves!

"Korekara" simply translated means "from here", but in this special love song, written by Delaina for Makoto and first performed on their wedding day, it takes on a whole new meaning. The original Japanese version and more recently composed English version make up the second and third tracks on this "single".
