4 Zen is an over used word in its spiritual context. I am just another person trying to explain the concept. There have bean many people before me who have done the same. Some of them were wrong and others were correct. Of the people who were correct, some times there explanations of the concept of Zen were successful and other times they were not. One time as I was preparing to go home after my zazen meditation practice in a Zen temple that is close to were I lived. I stopped to look at one of the temples gardens through a window. It was raining outside and the garden was completely surrounded by temple buildings on all sides. I often stopped there after having Tea with the teacher and group in a small room, before proceeding to the entrance to pout on my shoes. I liked this garden even though it seemed carefully over grown. I noticed continues drops of water falling from the surrounding roofs onto the garden. At this point I did not arise any words or intellectual concept in my mine. I just saw only the garden naked as if it was just born that very moment. I was interrupted by one of the members in the group. He said, "What are you looking at." I could not answer him he appeared to me in the same way as the garden. I chose to remain silent on the topic and proceeded to the entrance carefully minding my secret.
