I am what I am, no facades or false pretenses. I'm blunt, highly opinionated, and march to the beat of my own drum with no apologies (not to sound rude or flip). I love all sports and I have pretty much dabbled in all of them during some point of my life. I will remain a Los Angeles Lakers FANATIC always and forever. I also love the outdoors, fitness industry, anything that works up a good sweat, Starbucks, and cheese pizza. I can't stand the cold, having a cold, double standards, and shin splints. I'm a "total jock" at heart. I am a 2006 graduate of Belhaven College with a degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. My passion in life is fitness, and I have been blessed to gain intimate knowledge and experience in the industry. I think it's awesome how after persistence and determination, clients' transform not only physically, but also mentally. Self esteem is raised and barriers are broken, prompting new horizons and goals once thought unthinkable! I am currently dabbling in and learning XHTML and CSS, and may launch my very own virtual training and fitness consultant web-site a few years down the road. So basically, i'm just a sista keepin' it real while staying busy and tryna do a few BIG things in my life. Other than that i'm staying positive, keeping my spirits up, surrounding myself with good people, not sweating the small stuff, and thanking God for His blessings on top of blessings everyday.
