小さい頃からピアノを弾くのが好きで、テレ ビで流れてくる曲をコピーして弾いていた。
高校入学後本格的にバンド活動を本格的に行 う。
地元神戸で８年間キーボードプレーヤーとし て活躍、多数のバンドでのライブ活動、韓国 ツアーなど精力的に行ってきた。Rockという゠¸ãƒ£ãƒ³ãƒ«ã§ã¯æ•°å°‘ない女性シンガーソングラ゠¤ã‚¿ãƒ¼ã¨ã—てのベースを築き上げた。
2003å¹´1月、大切な曲を皆に直接届けたいとい㠁†æ€ã„から、シンガーソングライターとして㠂½ãƒ­ã§ã®æ´»å‹•ã‚’開始。同年８月に上京しサウ㠃³ãƒ‰ãƒ—ãƒ­ãƒ‡ãƒ¥ãƒ¼ã‚µãƒ¼è¬™ã‚¢ãƒ¬ãƒ³ã‚¸ãƒ£ãƒ¼ã¨ã—ã¦æ–‰è —¤è‹±å¤«æ°ã‚’迎え、本格的な活動となる。
2004å¹´3月、サウンドにこだわり、ロンドンの㠃¡ãƒˆãƒ­ãƒãƒªã‚¹ã‚¹ã‚¿ã‚¸ã‚ªã«ã¦ãƒŸãƒƒã‚¯ã‚¹ã€ãƒžã‚¹ã‚¿ã ƒªãƒ³ã‚°ã‚’行う。
ミックスをエイドリアン・ホール(Britney Spears・Robbie Williams・Simply Red・Cliff Richard・Slipknot・Pet Shop Boys等を手掛けたことで有名)、 マスタリングをヨーロッパを代表する巨匠テ ィム・ヤング(Madonna、Oasis、Massive Attack、Pet Shop Boys、Sugarbabes、Jamiroquai、The Who、Bjork等を手掛けたことで有名)が担当。
まさにブリティッシュスタイルのサウンドを 実現する。
ライブではソロでのピアノ・アコースティッ クスタイルから、バンドサポートによるロッ クスタイルまで幅広いステージを展開してい る。
Hi! my name is Nae.
I was born and raised in Kobe, Japan. I have been playing piano and singing from the early age of 5 years old. From 12 years old onward I fell in love with listening to and making music and by the age of 17 I was playing keyboard for several bands. For the subsequent 8 years I continued to work with these bands and play as a session musician. During this time I developed a passion for composing and writing songs and was always on the look out for a singer to team up with. However, as time went on I was also able to develop my vocal talents and by 2003 I decided that to sing my songs myself was the best way to convey my true feelings to the audience. In the summer of 2003 I moved to Shibuya in Tokyo, where I worked on my solo work Hideo Saito at studios through out Tokyo. During this time I also studied music theory in depth and worked with a professional voice coach and production team. I had written and composed all of the songs on my debut album "Way to the sky" by 2004. The album was recorded in Tokyo and mixed by Adrian Hall and Tim Young at Metropolis Studios in London. November 2004 saw the release of my debut single "Shade of mind" and was followed up though out 2005 with a busy live schedule through out Japan. The follow up single "オレンジ色の恐竜-orenji iro no kyoryu (orange dinosaur)" released during January 2006 and featured the talents of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra with arrangement by Park Jeasu. In October 2006 my debut album "Way to the sky" was released in conjunction with and exciting live and interactive show. The show allowed audience members to interact with the visual displays around the venue via the use of electronic devices contained within inflatable balls. When thrown around, these balls triggered visuals which were projected around the walls of the venue, please check out the video below to see an example of the performance. I am currently in the process of writing a new album and gigging, so please keep you eyes and ears peeled for new tracks.
