About Me

Formed in Okinawa, Japan in 1999, Ryukyu Underground are Keith Gordon and Jon Taylor.Ryukyu Underground have released 4 albums through Tokyo label Respect Records, appeared on many compilations, most notably "Buddha Bar" and remixed tracks for artists as varied as Karsh Kale and Miyazawa. They have also been commissioned to do soundtracks for two DVDs for the "Peace Archives" published by Iwanami Publishing (Tokyo).
