"Respect the Future" The concept of a band which united together in the year 2001. SOUNDAHOLIC is a Electric based band formed by 4 Japanese. They perform cool showcases in clubs and parties mostly located in Tokyo. Combining oppisit taste together: light and dark, natural and chemical, analog and digital,Asian and European , in a original sense of style.
The Icon of the band , Eiichi Umezawa who programs all tracks as well as producing the band, is also a vocoder / talking modulator (key board) performer. He has made a private studio " STUDIO ODYSSEY " , a base studio for SOUNDAHOLIC . Never out of dazzling ideas of sounds which party people can hardly wait for. He is the one who leads the band to the next generation of music.
The man who leads the groove of the band is the percussionist Taro Nagao. He has performed with so many wonderful musicians all over the world. Brings organic taste in to the digital music SOUNDAHOLIC produces.
The sexy dancer Takahiro Suzuki is a solo dancer who performs with the band while live sessions. He gives idea for making sounds which fits perfectly together with the choreography he contrive for interesting show cases.
The only female of the band is Kyoka Tsuda. Her remarkable classical and clear voice fits absolutely superb with the track Eiichi makes. Her mask is universal and her mood is non-sextual. Once you hear her voice , she will take you away.
