Junkan was formed as a solo project ｂｙ Takasi Watanabe in 2005.
He intended to do just experimental sound at first, but after a couple of years his approach started focusing more on melody and chord.
He started to discover that bundling and laying up seemingly disharmonious sounds began to express a beautiful pulse.
This became the theme and inspiration for his work and the beginning of Junkan.
